After a long hiatus, I'm back. My husband joined the navy in May of 2011, and we moved to Norfolk, Va in November. I haven't really had a chance to get out and take any pictures until this past week. Chris gave me my christmas present early, which happened to be a super awesome nikon camera that i have been wanting for over a year. So I get to use filters and lenses now, instead of my little point and shoot cannon :D ...So here's a few new ones:

there's a cute thrift shop in town that i've fallen in love with. i bought this little guy there for 50 cents. i've never had a sock monkey, and i've always wanted one since i saw the movie "drop dead fred" when i was little. and since i like the movie so much, i named him Mr. Poo (the same as elizabeth's monkey)

Fishing trip to lake Reba (Richmond, Ky)...I didn't do much fishing...haha. I also forgot my 1gig memory card, and had to settle for my 32mb backup, so I didn't get all the shots I wanted, and the shots aren't the best quality.
